I was hoping for some help/advise. I am using the Launch URL action with a simple Amazon link containing a keyword like this one Https://www.amazon.com/s?k=iphone In Android it launches to link in the Amazon app, but in IOS it launches it in the web view even though the Amazon app is installed. I tested it on physical devices.
Did anyone else encounter this issue and found a trick to make it launch the Amazon app in both Android and IOS? Maybe with a custom action.
