List glitch when scrolling up

Hello community! I’m having an awkward reaction when scrolling up using ListView. No issues when scrolling down regardless how many items. When it comes to scroll up it just glitches.

What have you tried so far?

1) Adding list into container. Then try flexible and extend.

2) Infinite scrolling.

3) Keep the list with no container.

4) Stack.
