Local Run not working properly

Troubleshooting

Local run mode is not working properly, Only keeps initializing and loading icon, nothing happen after that.

What have you tried so far?

I have reinstalled the desktop app, also cleared the cache, history, log out and log in again. Tried with other projects and still the same.
