Local Upload, add remove and add new to local storage

I would like to have a list view where users can add single or multiple images, as well as remove or add new ones.

What have you tried so far?

Currently, adding a new image replaces the old images, and when I select one and add another, the first one gets overwritten.

Is there any way where i can add images to an existing List of Local files?
