I am new to Flutter and I have no coding knowledge.
I am looking for someone who can help me develop the V1 of an application to find contacts (based on phone number) within a map (it doesn't matter if it uses the Google Maps API or another one) and also visualize the distance between users. This includes updating (when users move).
This would be the most basic functionality, but it would also include other features such as chat between users.
I am willing to pay for this, as I have been trying to do it myself for weeks and I am unable to do it due to my lack of technical knowledge. This is not for a commercial purpose, I am a student and this is a project for my education, so it is simply the V1 and not a 100% finished application to be released to the market.
If there is any forum where I can look for people willing to do this work, please do not hesitate to recommend it.
