Making Buttons Flexible Removes Widgets From The App

Hello,

I have been trying to make the buttons in a quiz app I am building be flexible with the amount of text it has. I finally figured out how to enable "Flexible" without getting an error. However, when I do have the buttons on Flexible, all the other widgets disappear. I am not sure why. The image with the question and options showing is when I have all the flexible options off for the buttons. The blank page picture is when I have at least 1 flexible option on for the buttons. Both of the pictures are coming from the same page, just different settings.

What have you tried so far?

I have tried playing with the Flex setting to see if that will change anything but no luck there. I also tried to disable the flexible option from each button one by one and test the app with only a couple of them with Flexible on but I still get a blank screen.
