Missing text and different background color display in test mode

Hi everyone,

I'm getting this below from the debug mode which is supposed to be the sign up page, with all the text is gone while the color is totally off (supposed to be white), while it looks completely different in the dev mode.

Would appreciate if anyone would kind enough to point me at the right direction, many thanks!

What have you tried so far?

Adjusting the different settings in the editor mode but seems couldn't help
