want to make mobile application that can take picture from camera or folder and copy text and translate it to selected language frome list of languages and search in some words from copied text from picture and highlight some words that been determined from user i need any devolper can help me to devolpe that and how much. thank for help. i need user profile and strip payment also you can use OCR libirary.

What have you tried so far?

i tried to design the main page with camera button but i cant do the OCR function and strip payment logic.
