My Qr code scanner continues scannig and nothing happen

Hi there, I have a button and action to start scanning Qr code. It starts to scan but never stop till I push the Cancel button and the result of scanning is nothing. I tried it on two mobile phone.

My phone has a builtin scanner and It works well.

What have you tried so far?

I checked all FF community question and didn't see anything about this problem.
