'Navigate to' action doesn't work on run&test mode either

I added navigate to action on the icon button, but it doesn't work on run & test mode either. (It works on the preview app function.)

1. I've experimented with adding the navigation action to another widget, such as a button, other icon buttons, and the same happened.

2. Also, it doesn't work whether I add parameters or not.

3. I've checked the debug log using the F12 button on the browser. there weren't any errors on the console.

Please give me some advice on this issue. I have no idea what to do.
