Navigation not clickable

i have developed a nav bar , used a mouse region to apply an hover effect , the mouse region wraps a row with the rest in it and an icon. i have then applied navigation action to the row to another page. the mouse region has an enter and exit action so i couldnt apply a tap to it so the best option was to use the row or the text. The problem now is when i test the app and i click on the text it doesnt navigate .

From screenshots you can also see i tried wrapping a container around the mouse region and applied a tap action to it, but its still not clickable
