Package Name can't contain underscore

Project Settings

I have different package names for iOS and Android, and I have always changed the Package Name each time I deploy to the stores.
I think sometime last year they started having this restriction, but I still managed to deploy through the web version of FF.

This time however both the web and Windows version doesn't allow underscores in the name.

When I contacted support, they replied this:

"You might need to change the package name and deploy to App Store and Play Store separately. If you have Firebase enabled, you need to generate the config files every time you change the package name."

That's what I have always been doing, so is there something I am missing here?
Is there a way to maybe disable iOS deployment so they now accept the name with underscores?
I need to push this update ASAP, and this is just a block that isn't making sense to me.

Thank you in advance!
