Paid features not enabled

Troubleshooting

I have upgraded my subscription too basic to unlock certain features. The money has been taken from my account but the features are still locked.


How do you contact admin to address this? I have hunted around all the help screens, account management and everything, and I cannot find any form of help, chat option, or anything to speak to admin/billing.


Clearly I am looking in the wrong place. Anyone know how to do this?

What have you tried so far?

I have searched every help screen, billing and account management screen I can find. Your chat bot (Clippy) on the bottom left has no way to start a chat with admin
