Phone login with local sms service provider - WITHOUT dummy phone numbers

I have seen a lot of people showing how to set up phone OTP with dummy numbers. But can someone please show me how to set this phone auth WITHOUT adding the number to dummy (testing) numbers in FF.

Please any help will be appreciated. Thanks
