Pop-up for a list of tasks

I create tasks and I would like to know what is best between the checkboxlist or checkboxgroup. Moreover, I would like there to be a pop-up when all the tasks are validated. Can someone help me?

What have you tried so far?

I tried to go into action then alert/notification but after that I tried everything but nothing unless I missed something
