Printing is not working

I'm developing an application that, on one of its pages, will generate a PDF. Until a few days ago it was working correctly, however, yesterday I went to test it and the pdf is not being generated. I didn't make any changes to the custom action code, it simply stopped working from one moment to the next. Can anyone help me?

What have you tried so far?

I tried to go back to a commit I had made after finishing it, but it didn't work. I also tried to change the version of the dependencies I'm using (pdf: ^3.11.0 and printing: ^5.13.3).
