Pro plan missing from Upgrade page after trial—need access to Language feature

My 14-day trial ends today. I planned to upgrade to the Pro plan (about $70/mo) because I need the Language feature. Until recently I could see Free / Basic / Pro in the Upgrade modal, but today the Pro option no longer appears—I only see Free and Basic (screenshot attached).

Because I’m on a lower plan right now, I can’t open a direct support ticket, so I’m asking here.

What happened

  • Trial ends today.

  • Opened the upgrade options → Pro is missing.

  • Toggling Monthly/Annual doesn’t bring it back.

What have you tried so far?

What I’ve tried

  • Log out/in, hard refresh, clear cache.

  • Different browser.

  • Checked region (I’m in Japan) and I’m not on a VPN.

Questions

  1. Is Pro temporarily unavailable, moved to a different tier, or region-restricted?

  2. How can I upgrade to Pro right now (link/manual upgrade/invoice) and keep my projects/billing continuous?

  3. If I switch to Basic ($39) today to avoid disruption, can I upgrade to Pro later without penalties or weird proration issues?

Temporary action
To make sure my account doesn’t end up in a strange state when the trial ends, I’m moving to the $39 Basic plan for now. Please advise how I can upgrade to Pro as soon as possible to use the Language feature.
