Progress on progress bar by clicking buttons - How can I do it?

I want the progress bar to gain a certain % for each click on the buttons below. Whenever someone clicks, whatever button it is, the % of the bar will increase a little, until it reaches 100%. Can anyone explain to me how I can do it?

I tried the actions and watched some videos that could help me, but I didn't get anything.
