Push Notification Error

Troubleshooting

HI Everyone. I tried the push notification and for some reason i got an error in FF. Please see the image for error. Any help on this one will be really helpful.

What have you tried so far?

I checked the email opt-in and its is already turned on. So not sure why I'm getting this error
