Push notifications are not working. There is an issue with the Firebase and Google Cloud region settings.

I’ve heard that for push notifications to function properly, the Firebase region and the Google Cloud region need to be the same. Is that correct?

It seems that while you can set the Firebase region to something like Asia, you’re unable to select a specific region for Google Cloud.

Is there any way to change the Google Cloud region?

Both Google Android and iPhone application are not working. (tested on TestFlight as well)
