Project Settings

I have the basic plan and have had a problem with the editor who was helping with the project, but now can't access the project. We have changed the email and deleted the past user, as the basic plan only permits 1 user. But now it's "read only", it doesn't let me pick editor access?

What have you tried so far?

Deleted the user and added a new user under a different email address
