Regarding using push notification from one app to another app

I am currently creating two apps and in one app on some particular action I am triggering push notification to user of the another app but it requires initial page but how would the another user of the different app would have that page so can I disable the initial page action

What have you tried so far?

I had two different user collection before which I changed to one user collection
