"Relative" abbreviated DateTime format setting not working

The abbreviated setting for "relative" DateTime format does not seem to work in my projects. I am using Firebase as the backend. Refer to the screenshots below for more information on the issue:

I don't know if this a FlutterFlow bug or I am missing something completely.

What have you tried so far?

I have tried searching the community to check for workarounds, others facing similar issue. Result was my question that I had posted to community in this regard. The earlier question was also not resolved.
