Role-Based Different Page Navigation After Sign up : The different homepages based on User Roles and have different bottom navbar?

I am creating a property management app with user, landlords, agents and service providers. Every user has a different homepage to navigate too and different bottomnav that has different pages based on their key roles. I have tried so many ways to no avail, please help on how to solve this
