Save API to App State

On Load of page I have an API run. I can see the data returned in the bebug but it is not saving to the App State. I have an App State created for this and an action to "set value" to the App State. It is not saving to the App State though.

What have you tried so far?

I have tried different 'Value to set' settings and not have not work.
