Scroll to specific section or click on button and it navigates to that section

I am currently seeking solutions for implementing scroll to a specific section on a page? I need to make solution that when enter name of section it scroll to that sections on the same page but the only options I'm seeing are to scroll to the top or the bottom of the main scrollable column. Is there any navigating to different sections within a page?
