i tried checking for the page load,did the trigger and adding action and navigate to "from my splashscreen page" but when i test my signup page is not showing up.can someone explain please or is it because im using an old model tablet samsung s7 FE?

i deleted the action and did again and again but still it wont show up during test mode.I deleted the page and recreate but still its not showing up on my test😐
