Since updating to FF 5.0.8 (Windows) my project export folders are missing content

Since updating to FF 5.0.8 (Windows) my local run project exports are now like 1.2 MB and all assets etc are missing, on all projects. Where as before the update the exported project folder was something like 650 MB. So obviously app build is not working in Android Studio.

please help!

What have you tried so far?

Checked Flutter doctor, re-installed FF app and Flutter SDK 3.24.2 . i wouldn't know what else to try, please make a suggestion.
