Streaming Assistants API

Does anyone have the custom code, either with buildship or without, to implement the streaming functionality for OpenAI's assistants API? I have the assistants set up and running fine, now I just need it to stream to enhance the user experience.

What have you tried so far?

Buildship doesn't have a node to do this yet, they expect it in a couple of weeks, which is too long of a lag time compared to when OpenAI released the functionality.
