"Subscription Purchase Failed" App Store X Revenue Cat Implimention

App finally went live. Went to test it and at the subscription step the app is failing to recognize the subscription.

It's showing successful on both the app store and in revenue cat... given this, I'm assuming it's an app issue on the FF end.

Everything worked fine during testing in test-flight / sandbox mode.

What have you tried so far?

Looked on forums here and revenue cat, can't seem to find anything. Double checked my product IDs on both app store and revenue cat.

I'm at a loss of how to even start debugging this...

My computer is too old to be able to connect via usb to the phone to pull the console log -_-
