The DNS CNAME record exceeds the 63 character limit

I started this off as a cloned project but since then modified it well, when trying to add the CNAME record I couldn't add it because it exceeded 63 character limits how do I resolve this please?

What have you tried so far?

I reached out to my hosting provider and this was the exact response they gave me they mentioned the CNAME record isn't complete or isn't correct because it exceeds the 63 character limit so there's nothing they can do
