The new Debug Panel is crashing Safari tab

Troubleshooting

I am so excited about the new Debug Panel. This is going to be a game changer!

Sadly at the moment it is not working for me. When I test my app and it is started with the panel displayed, after 30 sec or so, the Safari tab is closed with a message about it taking up too many resources. It automatically starts back up, but repeats. I have let this happen 3 times in a row before stopping.

While the app is starting up, I cannot select the "Close Debug Panel" button because nothing is yet selectable on the screen. I was able to eventually manually restart it and close the panel so that the app would run in test mode. But things are now slower.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What have you tried so far?

I let the system try to restart the app with the panel open multiple times. Every time, the Safari tab is closed and restarted.

Manually restarting the test session and quickly selecting the "Close Debug Panel" button before the browser tab locks up.
