I'm a new no-code developer exploring ways to integrate my FlutterFlow application with a CRM system. My goal is to establish a user support system within the app, allowing users to submit requests and manage ticket resolution.
Initially, I considered connecting the app directly to a CRM for receiving and managing user messages/requests. I'd appreciate insights on the feasibility of this approach and if it aligns with best practices.
