TimePicker AM/PM to 24-hours format

I need help to somehow transform the DATETIME PICKER from 12-hour AM/PM to 24-hour time format.

I'd be very grateful, I'm not familiar with code or custom functions so it's a bit difficult for me

What have you tried so far?

I tried custom codes and functions but the tutorials were more for people with prior knowledge so I couldn't keep up

I tried using the code generator but I didn't understand how it worked either.
