I have a client who has asked for ownership of his project. I had created the project and added him as a user under the Collaboration tab within the project. This was prior to the change in plans and pricing. The client then contacted me to let me know they could no longer edit the project. I checked and their access had changed to read-only. At first I thought this was because my pro plan had lapsed and so i subscribed to the new growth plan, which I checked beforehand, should have the ability for Project-level access changes which I thought would allow me to transfer ownership, however this was not the case.
I was only able to change the clients access after subscribing to yet another payment for a "collaborator" pass,
sidenote: frankly this is ridiculous, I am already paying for a plan and so is the client, why is there a need for a "collaborator pass"?
Anyway, after doing all that, the only options available to me for the clients access are Read-Only, Editor and Manager.
