UBER template from marketplace flutterflow

Friends I need help. I recently bought the UBER template from the flutterflow marketplace, but I don't know how to use it. I have already integrated the project with Firebase, connected it to Google Maps (IOS, Android, Web) and the direction and places APIS. However, when running the APP nothing happens. Could anyone guide me what other steps I should take.

What have you tried so far?

No errors happens. I only show me my localization on the map (rider), but the driver localization not show and the direction not show too. There are two components in the APP template: RouteViewLive and RouteViewStatic and I have a confuse where put them on App. Below follow some print screens
