UI simple question - fix item as we scroll

Hello, I need to have a tool bar remaining at the same position on the screen as we scroll. A little like a go up button that stays on the side the more you go down.

I am not sure it is something doable in FF ?

What have you tried so far?

I have wrapped the entire page in a stack so that the row of buttons can be on top of the content to slide but I can't set its position
