Unable to merge branches while another is editing the branch or main

I am trying to merge my branch into main branch but am unable to, due to the below. However, no other collaborators are editing the project.

What have you tried so far?

I have confirmed that all collaborators have exited the project.
Checked the Branching Permissions to make sure that I have permission to merge the branches in question.
