Unable to upgrade to Pro subscription

Project Settings

I have been using flutterflow using the standard subscription (with India regional discount) for the past 8 months. I would not like to upgrade to the pro plan, but am unable to as the dialog box does not load. Has anyone experienced something similar?

What have you tried so far?

I have tried logging in from multiple devices - to no avail, continues to show loading indicator infinitely.

I have reached out to [email protected] but have not received any response.
