Unable to use Google sign-in on Android Simulator

Hi all

I'm trying to set up Android Simulator to make real-world testing a bit easier.

However I've found that I can't sign in to my app in the simulator using Google Sign-in. I get prompted for my email account in an FF branded Google auth window but ultimately nothing happens and I'm returned to my signin page.

It works on my actual device which has the app installed via the Google Play Store using the internal testing route.

What have you tried so far?

I've tried getting the APK SHA1 and SHA256 hash and adding those to the SHA list in Firebase, along with the Google Play ones.

I then removed the app from the simulator and reran the test but the same thing happens.
