Upgrade built-in Push Notification functions to Node 20 and Cloud functions 2nd gen

The current deployment of the push notification functions are being deprecated soon "30th April 2025"
When will newer functions be available and will these be gen 2 cloud functions

What have you tried so far?

These are built-in/pre-provided functions so I have not tried anything.
Trying to get information on the way forward.
