URGENT: New APK is not reflecting changes made after previous APK generated

I generated APK of my app few months earlier. After that i made many changes in the app. While i am generating APK for recent changes, it is not being reflected in the new APK. Can any one guide me how to generate APK for recent changes made in the app?

What have you tried so far?

I have downloaded APK multiple times but its reflecting features as per old APK.
