Waiting for approval of Student free trial approval

Hello dear moderators,

I am university student, and I applied for the 1 year free Pro plan trial with the student program one month ago. Since my application, I do not receive any confirmation nor information on the follow up of my request.

I check each 2 days and I am still in Free plan

Can someone help me please ?

What have you tried so far?

I check the flutter flow forum, people said their plan was upgraded within a week
I also write to [email protected] last week, no answer yet
