I am getting a strange problem where web publishing is disabled on one of my branches. I remember seeing it once before but not sure if I am hallucinating. FF is usually good at telling me what I need to do but here I don't see any tooltip or text telling me what I have missed or messed.
All I see is disabled button across Web Publishing Window.
