WHITE PAGES ON TEST MODE - DESKTOP

Troubleshooting

Hi,

I think something broke on my app I'm not sure what it is and how to fix.

I worked on the app and did a web deployment Wednesday night.

I did some work on Thursday morning (email and map setup integration and some design work - font size on buttons), that is when I realized I could not load some pages on test - desktop.

I checked the web deployment i did the previous night and that was still working well.

So I tried undoing the changes I made in the morning trying to figure out what caused the problem but the issue persisted. So I got a snapshot of the time I did the web deployment of Wednesday night and reverted back to that version. And indeed everything is back to how it was Wednesday night.

Unfortunately, the pages still have the same issue. Even when I toggle from desktop to mobile in test mode, I see the pages on mobile but not on desktop or tablet.

I have tried to run the test on Mozilla. If I load the page on mobile and switch to desktop, I see the page, but if I was on desktop first and try get on to the page, I get a white screen. When I switch back to mobile, the page loads fine and I can scroll but I cant click on any buttons.

The web deployment works fine. I'm not sure how to solve this or how to proceed. I am tempted to deploy again and see if the errors will be thrown on the live site. But I'm afraid if that happens without knowing how to solve it...then that would be a big problem.

But right now I don't know if it is a Test environment only error or the whole project is corrupted. If so, what caused the corruption? Especially considering that I already reverted to the stable state.

Just to add, I have no errors on debug.

What have you tried so far?
  1. Reverting to stable snapshot

  2. Using different browser

  3. Removing all earlier changes
