Why Can’t I See "Update Auth User" in Action Blocks?

I’m running into an issue and could really use some help. I’m trying to update the authenticated user’s info using the "Update Auth User" action, but I can’t seem to find this option in action blocks where i can find it if i create an action for random button.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there a way to make "Update Auth User" available in action blocks, or is there a different approach I should be using?
