Why is my keyboard not disappearing when tapping anywhere on the page away from the textfields?

Hi! So on my homepage, it has a search bar, but the keyboard is not disappearing when I tap anywhere on the page. It even persists when I go into different screens, and it still covers the entire bottom half of my screen. I even enabled "Hide Keyboard on Tap" on the whole page properties panel, but the keyboard is still not disappearing. What do you think the issue is?

What have you tried so far?

I've tried to restart local testing on my phone, and I restarted my whole computer, but the keyboard is still staying there and blocking half of my screen. I've tried turning the "Hide Keyboard on Tap" button for the whole page off and on again multiple times, but the keyboard is still not disappearing.
