Widgets stack and break in test mode

When I run my app in test mode, all of the widgets stack on top of each other instead of loading where they need to be. As a result of this, none of the buttons work, excluding the navbar at the bottom.

What have you tried so far?

I have added dimensions to all the containers. Padding to the containers. Rebuild the current page continuously.
