I am using Supabase authentication, user account created but not inserting the row in the user table.

I am using Supabase authentcation for my project. On my Create New Account page, I have configured the actions, in the order --> 1. Supabase Authentication - with email. 2. Insert row in the User table.
Any suggestions, why #1 working but not #2.
