Event Handlers with local state variables for Custom Pub.dev dependency package

Hello Guys, I need help with using the event handlers in FF with local state variable for integrating the pub.dev dependency package (Custom Payment Gateway which uses event handlers).  This dependency needs to be initialised before its use
